  1. Establishing of cross-border support between the main stakeholders in the field of employment by organizing round tables and meetings with the companies
  2. Youth and hardly employable groups educated to be enable to start new jobs in Ro-Ser rural areas
  3. REC offices established in Coka and Deta
  4. Trainings for unemployed delivered (IT technologies for beginners (MS Office), IT technologies for web (web programing, web design), IT new jobs (bloger, vloger, youtuber), English language, old crafts, rural tourism, vine production, bee keeping, etc)
  5. Establishing of closer cooperation between project partners by implementing of joint Study tour, project team meetings and REC staff meetings
