On 6 December 2019 a motivational seminar was organised for 50 people in Coka. The aim of this seminar was to motivate those people to acquire new knowledge and start their own business and self-employment. The course was held in the Regional Employment Centre.   

On 21 January 2020, a motivational seminar was organised in Deta. The motivational seminar was held in the Secondary Polytechnical School in Deta. There were around 60 people in total. The aim of the training was the same as in Coka, to motivate the people to create new jobs and to motivate them to develop their professional life.
